Handyperson (Public Sector)
VANRATH is assisting our client, a large Public Sector Organisation, in their search for a Handyperson. You will be predominantly based at their Coleraine site.
Responsibilities
1. Undertake response maintenance and building work on various Client properties.
2. Perform duties such as fitting security screens, roof repairs (tiles and chimneys), patching plaster and brickwork, constructing concrete paths, erecting metal handrails, sewer repairs, flagging, and other general labouring tasks.
Requirements
Essential Criteria
* Previous experience in a similar role.
* Practical experience in basic maintenance, including building, joinery, mechanical/electrical maintenance, or grounds maintenance.
* Understanding of basic repair and maintenance issues.
* Current UK Driving License.
* Effective communication skills and ability to prioritize workloads.
