The Opportunity
We are recruiting an experienced Development Surveyor to join a well-established and highly regarded charitable organisation with a large and diverse property portfolio.
This is an urgent interim requirement, created following a recent leaver, and will focus on driving multiple live development and refurbishment projects through their final stages, ensuring progress and momentum are maintained across the portfolio.
While the initial contract is for 3 months (until end of July), there is clear potential for extension and longer-term opportunity as the organisation continues to expand its portfolio. Over time, this role could develop into a Development Manager or Technical Manager position, supported by specialist technical teams.
