Our Yorkshire Division located in Leeds is looking to recruit a Commercial Administrator to join the Divisions Commercial team. The Role The role of Commercial Administrator provides a range of administration support to the commercial and procurement teams. Principal accountabilities of the Commercial Administrator role include: Issue Health and Safety Contractor Competency Questionnaires for new contractors COINS System Management sub-contractor Insurances & SSIP annual updates Process sub-contractor weekly and monthly applications for payment on COINS system, with assistance from Quantity Surveyors Liaising with the Accounts department regarding payment and invoice queries Issue contra-charges as appropriate with assistance from Quantity Surveyors Processing and issuing sub-contract orders for approval by Quantity Surveyors Manage Commercial email in box. Deal with telephone and e-mail enquiries.
