KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND TRAINING
Essential criteria
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
2. Knowledge of a range of relevant patient conditions
Desirable criteria
3. NVQ Care Level 2/3
JOB SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE
Essential criteria
4. Community based care experience
5. Experience of physical/functional rehabilitation of elderly/adults
Desirable criteria
6. Working within the NHS
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY/RESOURCES
Essential criteria
7. IT literacy in order to enter patient-related data into identified electronic record systems
Desirable criteria
8. Demonstrable experience of using a range of word processing, spreadsheet, database and/or presentation software

9. A genuine interest and commitment to providing high quality care to predominantly older people
