Title: Marketing Manager
Location: London (On Site)
The Marketing Manager will work closely with the Global Brand Marketing Manager, Director of Marketing, and the General Manager to plan and maintain the brand identity through strategic planning and activation. Responsibilities include supporting the execution of marketing activities, managing events, overseeing social media and digital campaigns, liaising with various teams, and ensuring brand consistency. The role requires organization, flexibility, creativity, and a strong understanding of the F&B and hospitality industry.
Responsibilities:
1. Creating content briefs for marketing activations.
2. Proposing a localized marketing calendar.
3. Supporting event execution in the restaurant.
4. Overseeing private dining events and ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
5. Developing and managing social media calendars and campaigns.
6. Managing digital campaigns to increase brand awareness and loyalty.
7. Collaborating with brand and operation teams for effective communication.
8. Assisting in developing brand collateral and maintaining brand voice.
9. Responding to guest messages across platforms.
10. Managing external agencies and overseeing content creation.
11. Tracking challenges and achievements through monthly reports.
12. Coordinating photoshoots and videoshoots.
13. Preparing monthly BRM reports including social media, PR, and digital marketing.
14. Having 4-5 years of experience in brand/marketing, preferably within F&B.
15. Proficiency in the local language.
16. Understanding of London's F&B scene and current cultural trends.
17. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
18. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
19. Experience in content creation, digital marketing, events, and agency management.
20. Educational background in marketing preferred.
21. Skills in social media, Microsoft Office, Mailchimp, Canva.
The position is based in London and requires a proactive, creative, and organized individual with a passion for hospitality and marketing.
