Managing and developing a portfolio of Foodservice Distributors, Buying Groups, and key End Users, focusing on strategic growth and relationship management within the UK market. Strategic Objectives & Key Deliverables: Enhance performance with target Foodservice distributors & key end users in the UK Execute sales strategy effectively Demonstrate leadership in customer engagement and add value through cash and volume contributions Roles & Responsibilities: Develop and implement channel and customer plans Achieve sales KPIs including volume, price, CTO, and product mix Maintain professional relationships with customers Negotiate sales terms and identify new business opportunities Deepen customer, market, and channel knowledge Successfully launch new products and ranges Engage in business planning, forecasting, and category management Exhibit excellent communication, strategic thinking, and analytical skills Operate autonomously with flexibility and enthusiasm Proficient in Microsoft Office Essential Work Experiences: Proven success in selling to and managing UK Foodservice customers, especially in FMCG/Food/Grocery sectors Experience managing distributors, end-user accounts, and buying groups at a strategic level
