Overseeing the daily operations of a medium-sized nursinghome.

About You
The ideal Home Manager will possess:
A strong background in working with older people.
PIN not essential, however, experience in a nursing home for older people is preferred or alternatively having managed a difficult or large residential care home.
Dynamic leadership skills with an innovative approach.
Excellent networking abilities and team management skills.
Experience in care homes with positive CQC reports.
