Overview
SLT Administrator & Cover Officer - TTO + 5 x SDD
We are looking for an experienced and suitably qualified Senior Leadership Team Administrator/Admissions & General Administrator to provide confidential and professional support to the Deputy and Assistant Headteachers. You will support the leadership team with event planning, Admissions, arranging Cover and deploying Cover Supervisors, and provide general admin support to the main office and teaching staff, including arrangements for staff CPD.
Responsibilities
* Provide confidential and professional admin support to the Deputy and Assistant Headteachers.
* Lead on Admissions and support related processes in line with the Admissions Code of Practice and statutory guidance.
* Organise and deploy Cover Supervisors; coordinate cover arrangements across the school.
* Support the organisation of events and provide general admin support to the main office and teaching staff.
* Support staff CPD arrangements and undertake other administrative duties as required.
Qualifications and Skills
* Excellent skills in Word, Excel and Outlook; able to work at pace and under pressure.
* Willingness to learn other ICT packages; experience with BROMCOM desirable.
* Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
* Knowledge and understanding of the Admissions Code of Practice and other statutory guidance and practice (desirable).
Contract and Working Arrangements
The role is term time only, plus 5 Staff Development Days.
