The PR & Content Associate will contribute to implementing the company’s global marketing communications strategy and support the delivery of content that builds trust, communicates innovation, and strengthens market position. This role will uphold Lucy Electric’s corporate image while increasing brand awareness across all operating regions. It involves working closely with regional marketing teams to ensure localised resonance and relevance of content, helping amplify Lucy Electric’s story worldwide. The Associate will assist in cultivating relationships with media professionals, identifying press and content opportunities (including with customers), and supporting the creation of regionally tailored content across: Digital landscape: website, social media (ensuring accurate, up-to-date information) PR: supporting global and regional announcements and milestones Testimonials: customer success stories, CSR highlights, and local case studiesDevelopment opportunity: This role has been designed as an entry-level to mid-level position with clear progression opportunities. Working with: Head of Central Marketing Communications Regional Marketing Teams Global Product Management International Sales The Future Networks Team Lucy Group’s corporate communication team Key Accountabilities: These will include: Brand & Messaging Support the development of clear, consistent messaging in line with Lucy Electric’s tone of voice and brand guidelines Brand guardianship: help ensure brand consistently for all written content, digital materials across all channel and marketing materialsPR & Media Support Draft press materials including initial versions of press releases, article briefs, and executive quotes for review and distribution, ensuring consistency with brand tone and messaging. Monitor media coverage and track results, maintaining records of key stories and supporting reporting on PR performance. Support the development of customer stories and case studies by gathering input and drafting clear, engaging content that highlights Lucy Electric’s value and expertise. Assist with coordination of PR campaigns, events, and media interviews, managing timelines, briefing notes, and approvals to ensure smooth delivery.Collateral Production (Products & Services) Work with product managers and regional marketing teams to support the development of clear and compelling product messaging for key launches and campaigns. Assist in creating and updating sales and marketing collateral, including brochures, product catalogues, FAQs, datasheets, website content, social media copy, and digital banners. Support the production of sales enablement materials and toolkits to help sales teams and partners promote products effectively. Help maintain a central content library to ensure regional teams have access to the latest approved materials and consistent messaging.Content development and management Write and edit high-quality content across a range of formats and channels, ensuring it aligns with Lucy Electric’s tone of voice, brand messaging, and strategic goals. This includes: Website copy and SEO-optimised landing pages Blog posts, social media content, and LinkedIn articles Product brochures, datasheets, FAQs, and sales tools Video scripts, storyboard outlines, and visual content briefs Sustainability / Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) stories that showcase community impact Translate complex technical and product information into clear, engaging, and customer-friendly language that highlights value and differentiators. Support the development of toolkits and enablement materials to help sales teams and channel partners confidently promote Lucy Electric’s products and solutions, ensuring materials are easy to use and tailored to different audiencesAgency Coordination Liaise with third-party PR and creative agencies to support content production and delivery. Help coordinate photo and video shoots, collecting and drafting briefs and reviewing outputs.Administrative & Budget Support Maintain accurate records of content assets, permissions, and usage rights. Support budget tracking for content-related expenses (e.g. photography, video, copywriting). Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience Minimum: 3 year of PR, content curation (digital) – mandatory Passion for writing and storytelling, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences Excellent command of written and spoken English - mandatory Attention to detail and high standards for quality Experience creating content for digital and print platforms (for example: website management / AI tools) Exceptional organisational and time management skills. Strong computer skills with high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office & digital platforms (LinkedIn, WordPress, Trello) Good interpersonal and business communication skills. Works well independently and in team settings.
