Join our Recruitment & Onboarding team as an Onboarding Administrator
This critical role supports our new employees by undertaking administrative tasks and conducting employee checks from the interview stage through to their first day with us.
We are a focused and energetic team that rises to the challenge of completing pre-employment checks for all our new starters in a timely manner.
We're looking for someone with strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service to engage with our candidates and hiring managers. You will need to be self-motivated and passionate about administration.
We look to you to ensure that our candidates have a professional and friendly experience from the moment they are offered the role. This position in our wider HR team offers collaboration, challenge, and the satisfaction of turning children's lives around.
The role is currently a hybrid way of working, where you will need to attend the office two days per week, on Wednesdays and Thursdays. This arrangement is subject to change.
The hours are Monday to Thursday, 9 am to 5 pm and Fridays 9 am - 4:30 pm
This is a Full-Time role
All equipment and training will be provided; you will need to live in proximity to our head office in Salisbury, Wiltshire.
Key Criteria:
You will have a keen eye for detail and be accurate in your recording of information, along with confident communication skills, both written and verbal; an administration background would be an advantage.
Essential Criteria:
* Working to deadlines
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office packages.
* Managing phone calls from internal and external customers and dealing with their enquiries
* Knowledge of the social care sector would be an advantage.

The closing date for the role is Thursday, 16 October 2025, with face-to-face interviews scheduled for the following week.
