Car leasing giant XLCR Vehicle Management Ltd are looking to recruit a Service Delivery Coordinator at their prestigious converted offices in Albert Road, Colne, BB8 0BU

Candidates should have excellent communication skills, organisation and time management as key skills.
Based full time at our prestigious offices in Albert Road, Colne, the successful candidates' duties will include but not be limited to;
* Accurately and regularly inputting lead time updates on to our unique system.
* Liaising with customers and supplying dealers to arrange vehicle deliveries.
* Answering and directing general enquiry calls and e-mails.
* Chasing and collating complete delivery packs.
* Processing data onto our unique CRM system.
* Other office administrative duties / functions as required.
* Salary is £19500- £ dependant on age and experience
The ideal candidate will possess the following;
* Previous experience in this role isn't essential, but enthusiasm is
* Excellent Communication skills
* Ability to work on your own
* Honest, trustworthy and a team player
* Have an energetic and positive attitude towards work
* You'll have a strong desire to learn and develop, using creative thinking and be able to adapt to new ways of working
* Organised and numerate with an eye for detail
* Enthusiasm to learn
* Punctual, with the attitude to go the extra mile if needed
