Job Summary
Efficiently manage the call‑off and delivery of materials across multiple sites, ensuring that customer options are processed and that the build programme is met.
Primary Responsibilities
* Ensure materials are called off in time to meet the events programme.
* Liaise with suppliers to confirm delivery arrangements.
* Follow up on outstanding orders.
* Monitor build progress with site teams to confirm materials are still required.
* Communicate delivery discrepancies or damages with site teams.
* Check for excess stock with site teams.
* Monitor production programmes relative to stock and advise the Site Manager of potential shortages.
* Report schedule issues to commercial.
* Undertake other duties as dictated by business needs.
Experience, Qualifications, Technical Requirements
* Strong knowledge of building materials.
* Experience in site production and materials control.
* Computer literacy.
* Full clean driving licence.
