Community Physiotherapist

This role is offered as part‑time maternity cover for 10 months, with 22.5 hours per week.
Gloucestershire Health & Care delivers community health services for adults and older people within multidisciplinary teams closely aligned with Primary Care Networks.
The Integrated Community Team consists of nursing, therapy and re‑ablement teams working closely with Adult Social Care colleagues to support people in their own homes, together with GPs, local communities, acute and community hospitals and other partners, enabling people to live as independently and for as long as possible.
As a community‑based role you will need a full driving licence valid for the UK and your own vehicle for business use.

Main duties of the job

You will need excellent communication skills and a commitment to high‑quality patient care alongside flexibility and resilience to meet the challenges of community work.

As a B5 you will need:
* Relevant experience of working as part of an integrated multi‑disciplinary team

* Diploma/Degree in Physiotherapy
* HCPC Registration
* CSP Registration
Experience
* Relevant clinical experience for treating patients within a community MDT
* Evidence of autonomous working and managing caseload
* Evidence of clinical assessment and reasoning tools in practice
* Experience of working within the NHS
* Experience in the field of rehabilitation
