The Role:
As Customer Support Agent you will responsible for the scanning, logging and indexing of all correspondence to ensure accurate regulatory reporting and contacts are responded to in accordance with NI Water policies and procedures.
You will also respond to written contacts of a transactional nature such as Septic Tank desludge requests.
Additionally you will be required to collate and circulate the details of NIE planned interruption notices.
Hours of work: 42hrs per week including 1hr lunch break per day, Monday to Friday (start 0800/1000, finish 1600/1800) flexi time
Requirements:
Essential Criteria
1. A minimum of fives GCSEs grade C or above, to include English and Maths, or equivalent
2. A minimum of one years' experience in a customer service/contact centre role, including data entry
3. The ability to communication effectively both verbally and in writing
4. The ability to work under pressure to meet challenging qualitative and quantitative performance targets
5. Competent in the use of MS Office applications including Excel, Word and Outlook
