The role involves working primarily on residential properties, covering installations, repairs, and testing. * Carry out electrical installations in domestic properties (e.g. rewires, new sockets, lighting, consumer unit upgrades).
* Perform maintenance and fault-finding tasks in occupied and void homes.
* Conduct Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs).
* Ensure all work complies with current regulations and safety standards (BS7671).
* Provide clear communication with homeowners, tenants, and team members.
* Maintain accurate job records and complete necessary certification.
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671) – Required.
* Experience working in domestic environments.
* ECS Gold Card – Preferred.
* Testing & Inspection qualification (2391 or equivalent) – Desirable.
