Our Infrastructure Maintenance Specialist will be accountable for overseeing operations that ensure our site assets consistently provide an exceptional customer experience and uphold Cellnex’s reputation as an industry leader. They will establish and execute improved methods of operation, leveraging advanced tools and technologies to support our expanding product portfolio and growing number of customer touchpoints.
This position will work closely with delivery partners and key suppliers to effectively manage large-scale operations. Essential attributes for success include customer orientation, inspirational leadership, and creativity.
This is a hybrid position based at our welcoming offices in Reading, with three days in the office and two days working from home.

Key Responsibilities
Accountable for overseeing the scheduling and delivery of maintenance activities that ensure asset health compliance across the c.13,500 site estate. This is a combination of Cellnex owned sites and those Cellnex operates for portfolio providers such as Arqiva, BT and National Grid. Typically the annual spend on maintenance activities is c.£10m. The operations across the estate vary in line with the portfolio agreements in place.
* Accountablefor the identification, selection and contracting of best in class outsourced maintenance service partners
* Accountable for supplier performance management of outsource maintenance service providers against agreed SLAs and KPIs
* Accountable for the creation and delivery of planned and reactive maintenance programmes for the Cellnex portfolio
* Accountable for the preparation, presentation and settlement of monthly maintenance suppliers Billing submission

Experience
* Demonstrable experience managing assets across a geographically disbursed sites, ideally in a telecoms or utilities environment
* Managing maintenance activities on active communications equipment; ideally TIS, DAS, Small Cells and Private LTE networks
* Understanding of compliance with regards to asset health management
* Experience of designing and /or installing operational site assets such as electrical installations, civil engineering works or rigging
* Managing multiple contractors
