Spanish Speaking Customer Service Advisor
Location: Nottingham (Hybrid – 2 days in the office, 3 days working from home)
Salary: £24,000 per annum
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm or 9am–5pm
We’re looking for a Spanish Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a collaborative and fast-moving international team based in Nottingham. You’ll support a range of business customers, ensuring excellent service delivery across order management, logistics coordination, and after-sales care.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone fluent in Spanish and English who enjoys problem-solving, communicating with people from different backgrounds, and working in a team that values professionalism and positivity.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
2. Coordinate deliveries and returns, ensuring issues are resolved promptly.
3. Communicate clearly with internal departments (credit control, planning, logistics, and sales) to ensure customer expectations are met.
4. Build strong relationships with business clients, keeping them informed on product updates, availability, and promotions.
5. Handle and resolve customer queries, ensuring the best possible outcome for both the client and the business.
6. Prepare reports, update records, and assist with any customer-related data requests.
7. Identify opportunities to improve service levels and operational processes.
Skills and Experience
8. Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
9. Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or order management preferred.
10. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
11. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
12. Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
13. A team player who enjoys collaborating and finding practical solutions.
