<div><p>We’re looking for a powerful communicator to make business energy simple, clear and fun for customers. The successful candidate will cut through complexity, write clearly and think deeply about people’s needs and responses.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><b>Create content:</b> Social posts, FAQs, videos, persuasive emails, blogs and articles.</li><li><b>Write compelling copy:</b> Turn complex information into simple, engaging and easy-to-understand language, adding moments of joy where appropriate.</li><li><b>Sharpen messaging:</b> Develop, update and refine customer communications across all channels, from email to website help guides to app UX.</li><li><b>Produce and edit videos:</b> Script, create and edit videos that inform, entertain and engage.</li><li><b>Highlight customer stories:</b> Produce content that showcases customers’ positive experiences and the value of our products.</li><li><b>Publish educational guides:</b> Create practical guides to support business customers’ education about energy.</li><li><b>Use data to improve content:</b> Collect and analyze performance data to enhance existing material and identify gaps.</li><li><b>Take initiative:</b> Engage with customers, energy specialists and market trends to fine‑tune communications and build impactful campaigns.</li><li><b>Work autonomously:</b> Manage your own workload without prescriptive briefs or an account manager, and embrace new projects as they arise.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Previous experience as a writer or copywriter, or a strong talent with words.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to simplify complex information and improve communications.</li><li>SEO experience – writing for SEO and interpreting ranking data.</li><li>Proficiency with video and graphic design tools such as Canva, Figma and the Adobe suite.</li><li>Deep understanding of how people think and engage with content and social media.</li><li>Up‑to‑date awareness of content trends.</li><li>T‑shaped skillset – adaptable and willing to tackle a variety of tasks.</li></ul><h3>Working Style</h3><p>We rarely use agencies – everything is done in‑house. You’ll have the autonomy to ship quickly, test, learn and improve, working closely with an agile creative team.
