Verisk is looking for friendly, down-to-earth people to join our Motor Claims Handling Team. You don't need any previous insurance or office experience — just good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
Speaking with customers on the phone to take down details about car accidents
Updating information accurately on our computer system
Supporting people through their claim in a calm and professional way
Working as part of a supportive, experienced team
Qualifications
What we're looking for
Good with people – whether you've worked in a shop, café, hotel, warehouse, or care home
Comfortable using a computer (basic training given)
Reliable, punctual, and ready to learn
A clear communicator with a friendly, patient approach
