What the Gymnastics Coach role involves:
* Creating a fun and positive environment where gymnasts can thrive
* Supporting or leading sessions with confidence and care
* Keeping the space safe and organised for all participants
* Helping gymnasts of all ages and abilities build their skills
* Being reliable, punctual, and a great team player
* Setting up and packing away equipment safely
* Assisting with basic admin tasks to support the team

Whether you're an ex-gymnast, have some gymnastics experience, or simply love the sport and want to get involved, this is a fantastic opportunity to build a career in coaching with full support and funding.
* Volunteers must be at least 15 years and 6 months old
* You must be able to commit to at least 3 hours per week
* After completing 40 volunteer hours, you'll begin your Level 1 Gymnastics Coaching qualification - fully funded by Trafford Leisure
We are proud to continue our recruitment campaign for the new purpose-built gymnastics hub at move Altrincham, part of a multi-million-pound investment in the Trafford community.
* Once enrolled on Level 1, you'll be paid at the trainee rate of £12.60 per hour
* Upon completing Level 1, you'll be paid at the qualified rate of £12.90 per hour
* You'll be guaranteed at least 3 paid coaching hours per week once qualified
