Join Our Mission
We're seeking a talented EHS Manager to support environmental activities within the HSE team and maintain ISO and legal compliance across ITM Power sites.
Responsibilities
The EHS Manager will devise, develop, and implement policy, process, and work instructions to improve the integrated Environmental Management System (EMS), identify and deliver projects to improve the environmental footprint, and provide guidance and support to other HSE Advisors.
* Give advice on Environmental & Health and Safety requirements.
* Hold monthly HSE review meetings and report on department performance.
* Create and analyze data dashboards on waste and utility use.
* Devise programs and initiatives based on findings and evaluations.
* Spearhead environmental compliance and audits.
* Develop environmental intranet aspects and training packages.
* Work with Procurement to improve supply chain environmental performance.
Health & Safety
* Develop and maintain site-specific health and safety policies and procedures.
* Conduct risk assessments and implement control measures.
* Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis.
* Monitor and report on health and safety performance using KPIs.
About You
We're looking for someone with a NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent in Occupational Health & Safety, a degree in Environmental Science or related field, and proven experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

* Strong organizational and project management skills.
