Smile Education is working with a welcoming, inclusive school in Wolverhampton to find a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to support KS1 pupils. This is a full-time role with an immediate start.
The Role:
* Support KS1 pupils with behavioural and emotional needs
* Work 1:1 and in small groups
* Develop and implement positive behaviour strategies
* Monitor progress and promote personal growth
* Work closely with teachers, staff, and parents
Who We’re Looking For:
* Experience supporting children with behaviour needs
* Strong communication and empathy
* Able to build positive relationships quickly
* Confident in behaviour management strategies
* Background in a similar role (e.g., TA, Youth Worker, Behaviour Mentor)
