The Role
As Relief General Manager, you’ll play a vital part in the success of our Herringbone venues, stepping in to support and lead the team in the absence of a GM, during periods of transition or while covering for leave. You’ll bring a calm, professional presence and lead by example to ensure service standards, team engagement and profitability remain consistently high — no matter which location you’re in.

The Works
You’ll Be Responsible For
* Leading day-to-day operations in the absence of the General Manager
* Supporting teams across North Berwick and Goldenacre with strong leadership
* Maintaining high standards in service, safety, and compliance
* Helping to drive profitability and team performance
* Upholding the Herringbone atmosphere and community spirit in every shift
* Collaborating with the senior team to implement brand and operational standards
What We’re Looking For
* Previous GM or senior leadership experience in a quality, service-led venue
* A calm, adaptable manager who thrives in new environments
* A strong communicator with a people-first approach
* Commercially aware with an eye for detail and consistency
* Passionate about hospitality and comfortable leading both FOH and BOH teams
