What is Noda?
Noda is reshaping online payments, allowing seamless transactions from customers to merchants' bank accounts. We're seeking a talented Technical Support Specialist to be part of our dynamic team.
Your mission:
* Support for clients (companies) in the process of integration with our functionality;
* Quality control of integrations, testing;
* Maintaining an integration FAQ;
* Support for system operation;
* Assistance in the development of integration documentation.
Your skills and experience:
* 2+ years of experience in technical support;
* Knowledge of HTTP;
* Knowledge of client-server architecture;
* Ability to investigate and troubleshoot problems by logs;
* Knowledge of both SQL/NoSQL databases;
* Fluent Russian;
* English at a level B2 or higher.
Nice to have:
* Knowledge of Postman, Kibana Azure and/or Microsoft .NET.
