Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Tutor to join our educational team. Duties
* Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions tailored to the individual needs of students.

* Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods to ensure understanding and retention of material.
* Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other educators regarding student performance and areas for improvement.
* Support students with special educational needs by employing appropriate strategies and resources.
* Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere that promotes confidence and enthusiasm for learning.
Skills
* Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, with a strong understanding of educational principles.
* Experience working with children in an educational setting, demonstrating patience and adaptability.
* Knowledge of special education practices is highly desirable, enabling effective support for diverse learners.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with students and their families.
* Strong organisational skills to manage lesson planning, student assessments, and progress tracking efficiently.
