The Opportunity

Providing great hospitality is at the heart of all our hotels, it is everything that we do, and our hospitality managers always deliver.
The food and beverage operation is a vital component of our hotels and contributes to the overall hotel commercial plan.

YOU as our Food and Beverage Manager will have full management responsibility for the restaurants, bar, in-room dining, conference & banqueting, and special events.

This is a hands-on role, your focus will be on leading YOUR team to deliver exceptional guest hospitality experiences, managing the F&B budget, rotas, stock control, and sales.

It should be natural for you to lead and give direction to a team of food & beverage experts who are passionate and dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences. And being a people person, you will thrive in taking ownership of their ongoing development.

Ideal Candidate

11. Passionate about all things hospitality & food
12. Proven track record of success working in a management role within a busy food and beverage operation
13. YOU will have a strong operational knowledge of food & beverage and have a strong commercial awareness in this sector.
14. YOU will have the capability to drive and motivate teams through periods of change, and a track record in recognising and developing future hospitality stars.
15. The ability to create a positive culture within the team.
16. Excellent level of numeracy and literacy skills
17. Strong organisation and planning skills
18. Experienced in managing budgets and driving revenue sales.

The Derby Midland Hotel, and has a total of 102 bedrooms. It is centrally located in the city centre
