Mobiles Sales (B2B) Experience Is Essential For This Role
Responsibilities
* Sell BT Business’s Products and Services and specifically BT/EE Future Mobile Proposition to the SME Market in the local area with the goal of BT/EE being recognised as the No 1 mobile supplier in the Business Market.
* Engage with Key Decision Makers (KDMs) in the SME market, from small teams to companies with over 100 employees, including Managing Directors, IT Directors, Sales Directors, and Finance Directors.
* Collaborate with Sales Colleagues in a tight-knit, collaborative sales environment (Desk-Based Sales Executives, Field Sales Reps, Hybrid Field Sales Reps, Customer Service Colleagues, Mobile Specialist – BT/EE Direct).
* Collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals, support and motivate each other, and maintain strong relationships with Customer Service to resolve sales order issues.
* Take ownership of targets and deliver consistently, with monthly and quarterly reviews.
* Complete all sales order paperwork within 24 hours with a high level of accuracy.
* Landscape all customers and manage a prospect bank for mobiles; know your prospects and customers well.
* Make a high volume of outbound calls to the SME market to exceed sales targets (minimum outbound calls and meetings per week as specified below).
Targets & Activities
* Quarterly Business Target currently £523 of SOV, with approximately £65,000 in sales per week to reach it.
* Activities include outbound sales calls, managing appointments booked via Desk, and handling leads from BT.
* Book 6 meetings per week for new business with support from a Mobile Specialist within BT.
Capabilities & Qualifications
* NEEDS – Able to work unsupervised within a team, confidentiality is essential, understand regulatory, fair trading and competition roles. Must be able to work in front of a VDU for long periods.
