What You'll Do
- Service, repair, and improve: Working with Tesla-specific software and advanced tools, you will perform repairs and maintenance on all types of Tesla vehicles, often without supervision in a remote setting. You will plan routes, prepare parts, load vehicles, and drive out to service customer vehicles. This is mainly an on-the-road position, but you may be required to work in a service center upon request.
- Ensure top quality: Fix it right the first time. You will inspect vehicles diligently before return and pre-delivery, working to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate: Work across teams (local and regional) to share support and best practices to further improve the service experience.
- Develop: Our dedicated in-house training teams will train you on Tesla-specific technology and electric vehicle repair.
- Customer Facing: Take ownership of all customer interactions. You will perform basic repairs, educate customers on technical information, and guide them on vehicle usage.
What You'll Bring
- Technical experience: You have professional experience in vehicle service and repairs, from industries such as automotive, aviation, marine, or similar.
- Communication skills: You speak and write English well and can communicate clearly and respectfully.
- Valid driver’s license: You hold a full European driver’s license (Class B for cars) for at least two years.
- Flexibility: You may work shifts, including weekends, mornings, and evenings. You are willing to travel to various sites and perform vehicle detailing when needed.
