Support pupils and students ranging from KS1 to KS5 (as appropriate for your skills), referred by local authorities and schools, by planning and delivering flexible, trauma‑informed tutoring and mentoring.
Responsibilities
* Plan and report on lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress.
* Support a team to keep a team around you and the child.
* Provide CPD and employee mentoring: TES CPD suite and professional mentor access.
* Participate in community and company events: knowledge sharing and resources.
* Participate in referral programme and receive rewards for successful tutor referrals.
Qualifications and Experience
* Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or PMLD, in a holistic and trauma‑informed way.
* Familiarity teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS).
* Enhanced DBS (facilitated if needed) and 2+ professional references.
* Based in the UK with right to work in the UK (remote/online jobs allowed).
* Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment.

Salary and Contract
Location: Nuneaton, Warwickshire – £28 to £35 per hour (contract).
