Role Description
This is a full time position for a Store Manager, based in Belfast. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflows and excellent customer engagement. Key responsibilities include managing the stylists team, achieving sales targets, implementing effective retail strategies, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. Consistently upholding store standards is a vital aspect of this role.
Requirements
• Have a passion for all things fashion, selling and customer satisfaction; leading by example, providing fantastic service to all your customers, and coaching your team to do the same
• Be responsible for delivering the store's daily, weekly and yearly targets, and ensuring your team know what they need to do each shift to deliver what's required
• Review store performance and action plans; feeding back any challenges
* Proven experience in Store Management.
* Excellent Communication skills to effectively lead a team and interact with customers.
* Organised, goal oriented, and capable of managing daily operations efficiently.
* A strong understanding of the retail industry and prior relevant experience is preferred.
