Housing Management Worker - Nights - Permanent, part time (18.75 hpw) + sleep ins on a rota system. Earn £12.60 per hour (£24,638 per annum [pro rata]) and great benefits including Health Cash Plan.

Calling all night owls! Prefer staying awake and working through the night rather than snoozing away like the rest of us? We’re looking for a dedicated night housing management worker who won’t fall asleep on the job. Typical shift as a Housing Management Worker
Customer group — supporting customers who have experienced homelessness with a variety of support needs including but not limited to offending, mental & physical health, substance use.
* Making sure that our customers properties are homes they can be proud of, you’ll support your customers by engaging and involving them in their tenancies.
* Help our customers with housing benefit claims, making sure that these are received on their rent account.
* To support the next customers who needs our help and for maximum occupancy, you’ll turn around void rooms within set timescales. This will involve picking up a broom or paint brush!
* You’ll carry out and record the routine safety and compliance checks in our buildings and communities making sure we’re compliant.
* You’ll also manage the admin updating records, ordering, and arranging payment for works to be done

You bring
* A background in property management, but that’s not a deal breaker! Perhaps you’ve worked in an environment with compliance and health and safety checks?
* A “can do” positive attitude, you’re proactive and well organised, and able to work on your initiative.
* A passion for delivering excellent customer service and a genuine desire to help your customers.
* The ability to work on your own initiative, positively influencing people from all different backgrounds.
* Confidence working collaboratively with colleagues in other parts of the business as well as with external partners
* Passion for property and get a thrill out of knowing that your properties are the best they can be for our customers!

Job details
Based at our service in the city you’ll spend your time predominantly in Rosary Road however may be asked to cover other projects
Able to use technology for creating and updating support plans, making benefit claims and doing tenancy signs ups
You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
Fortnightly Rota system 3-4 nights per week + sleep ins
