Are you passionate about helping others succeed in accountancy and finance? We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable AAT Associate Lecturer to join our dynamic team. This part-time role offers an exciting opportunity to inspire the next generation of accounting professionals.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality teaching on AAT Level 2-4 courses.
* Develop engaging lesson plans and learning materials.
* Provide academic support and guidance to students.
* Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
* Support the continuous improvement of the AAT programme.
Essential Requirements
* A recognised teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
* Relevant accountancy qualifications (minimum Level 4 AAT or equivalent).
* Industry or teaching experience in accounting and finance.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A commitment to student success and professional development.
