Rates: £30.00 PAYE / £40.00 per hour (Outside IR35)

Key Responsibilities
* Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and carry out planned preventative maintenance.
* Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults efficiently.
* Work closely with production and operations teams to minimise downtime.
* Conduct Root Cause Analysis to improve machine reliability and support continuous improvement initiatives.
* Maintain machinery to a high engineering standard, ensuring maximum operational efficiency.
Ideal Candidate
* Time-served Engineering Apprenticeship preferred.
* Previous experience within FMCG or Packaging manufacturing environments is advantageous.
* Strong fault-finding ability on:
o 3-Phase Electrical Systems
o Drives
o PLC I/O Systems
o Pneumatic & Hydraulic Systems
* Excellent communication, organisation, and prioritisation skills.
