Delivery Consultant – Tech Recruitment
Location: Berkshire
Salary: £28,000+ basic + uncapped commission

The Role
* Work closely with senior consultants and account managers to deliver on live roles
* Source, qualify, and manage candidates across a range of tech positions
* Build strong candidate pipelines within specialist markets
* Manage the full candidate journey from initial contact through to placement
* Provide market insight and guidance to candidates
* Maintain high levels of candidate engagement and quality
* Support with interview coordination, feedback, and offer management
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 1 year’s experience in recruitment (any sector)
* Strong candidate management and relationship-building skills
* Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple roles at once
* Confident communicator with a professional approach
* Driven by success and motivated by commission
* Looking to focus on delivery rather than new business
