Customer Portfolio Management : Build strong relationships with existing customers, following a strategic call plan. Pricing & Market Insight : Price jobs within agreed guidelines and support market analysis with the DSM. Sales Administration : Handle enquiries, create accurate quotations, and manage customer interactions with professionalism and empathy. Order Management : Support order placement and ensure delivery expectations are met using our SAP system. Team Collaboration : Work closely with DSMs, CSC, and distribution teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in sales or customer service, ideally within a commercial or industrial setting. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with accuracy and efficiency. A proactive mindset with a focus on delivering value to customers.
