Senior Quantity Surveyor | Drylining, Ceilings & Partitions
South / West London | Up to £75k + Package
The Role
* You will hold full commercial accountability from initial procurement through to final accounts.
* Commercial Lead: Manage drylining, ceilings, and partition packages (£2m-£10m+).
* Procurement: Oversee sub-bid analysis and specialist material orders.
* Cost Management: Deliver accurate CVRs and monthly cost-to-complete reports.
* Variations: Capture and negotiate design changes with Tier One partners.
* Final Account: Lead the negotiation and settlement of the end-of-project accounts.
The Requirements
* Sector Expertise: Strong background in drylining, plastering, or internal fit-out.
* Contractual IQ: Proficiency in JCT/NEC forms and specialist sub-contract terms.
* Lifecycle Experience: Proven "cradle-to-grave" delivery on site-based projects.
* Location: Based in or able to commute easily to West London sites.
