Where: EE Newcastle - BT Customer Contact Centre, Gosforth Park Way, Newcastle upon Tyne NE12 8ET
Salary: £13,379.73 rising to £13,698.13 after 8 months, plus uncapped commission
Start Date: 8th September 2025
Part Time: 20 hours per week (also available for 25 or 30 hours)
*Please note, our shift pattern will include working every Sunday and Monday. Other working days will be discussed during recruitment.

Join our Home Tech Team in Newcastle. You’ll be talking over the phone to customers with Mobile Billing-related queries. You could be helping with simple billing questions or more complex issues, supporting customers throughout.
