Agree improvement action plans with management and support the reporting of the outcomes of audit reviews to management. Monitor the delivery of agreed actions by process owners to conclusion
Promote the application of the Group risk management methodology through the facilitation of regular conversations with risk owners across the Group
Contribute to the practice management activities that support the continued, effective operation and evolution of the Internal Audit function
About You
You will be a qualified accountant, ideally with two or more years of post-qualification experience, with direct experience of planning and delivering audits across multiple locations and scope areas.
You should be comfortable making objective assessments and conclusions based on available information, working co-operatively with others while retaining the capacity to form and articulate independent views and opinions. This will require pragmatism to identify solutions for stakeholders at different levels in the organisation and with different needs.
We expect curiosity and are looking for someone who is keen to learn, motivated by their own personal development and the development of others. And we are committed to working with and supporting the business by spending time with our colleagues in various locations across the Group, and an ability to travel is therefore an essential aspect of this role.
