We are recruiting for Revit Technicians within our Technical Services department in our St Austell and Plymouth regions. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: managing and coordinating Revit models across projects working within the design department producing Revit documentation and co-ordinating with sites teams and external consultants Produce families within Revit to be fully parametric and schedule out. Carry out BIM reviews of external models and carry out validations of differing RIBA stage BIM models. Undertake co-ordinated BIM modelling of MEP services to varying differing LOD's and RIBA stages. Produce drawings featuring all required information in a professional format and in line with the TClarke BEP and PAS1192. Undertake clash detection and clash resolution within Revit/Navisworks. Be able to carry out base engineering and routing of services with the intent of install in mind. Work alongside the design team to create a robust and model that is designed to meet a client's budget. Attend pre-construction event including tender interviews and presentations. Liaise with all stakeholders including but not limited to customers, supply chain, TClarke employees, consultants to build and maintain close and successful relationships. Produce engineering schedules in the agreed format. Requirements: Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or higher in building services or at least 2 years' experience of using AutoCad, Revit and Navisworks in the M&E building services sector.
