Responsibilities
* Manage a night shift replenishment team in a busy branch.
* Coach the team to achieve on-shelf availability and maintain safe working practices.
* Ensure compliance with legal standards and company procedures at all times.
* Reduce stock loss by challenging causes of shrinkage and wastage.
* Minimise replenishment costs by handling stock efficiently, allocating appropriate space for rate of sale, and ensuring accuracy and security in the goods receiving department.
* Work with the stock control and delivery teams to resolve causes of off-sales.
* Maintain branch inventory to provide consistent availability for customers.
Qualifications and Experience
* Passionate about delivering exceptional operational standards for customers.
* Flexible, adaptable, and enjoys leading and managing a team.
* Strong communicator with experience supervising or managing a team.
* Practical experience in the food retail trade.
