One of London's leading MEP contractors is seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Manager to join the team on a CAT B commercial fit-out project in Canary Wharf.

Role Overview
As Mechanical Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day site delivery of the mechanical package, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.
You will coordinate subcontractors, manage site teams, and work closely with the senior project team to drive successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day mechanical construction activities on site
* Manage subcontractors, labour, and specialist suppliers
* Ensure works are delivered in line with programme and specifications
* Maintain high standards of health & safety and quality compliance
* Monitor progress and report to senior management
* Coordinate inspections, snagging, and commissioning readiness
* Liaise with clients and internal delivery teams
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Mechanical Construction Manager within MEP / building services
* Strong background in CAT A / CAT B commercial fit-out projects
* Excellent site management and coordination skills
* Strong focus on programme, quality, and H&S compliance
* Ability to lead teams and deliver projects in fast-paced commercial environments
