This is a full-time, permanent leadership position, ideal for an outstanding Science practitioner ready to lead and further develop a successful department. The successful Head of Science will oversee the strategic direction of the department, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics at KS3 & KS4, with strong provision at KS5. You will lead curriculum development, support and mentor staff, monitor progress and outcomes, and drive continued academic excellence.
