You will collaborate with Community Paediatricians and other professionals, supporting their care through clinics and home visits.
The role involves developing expertise in the specialty and actively participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to enhance service delivery. Excellent training and professional development opportunities are provided.
You will be working in a supportive environment within a team rated as 'Good' by the Care Quality Commission.
