Salary: £31,663.80 to £37,637.25 per annum depending on experience (inclusive of 5% High-Cost Area Allowance). Pro rata for Part Time.
Hours: Full Time, (37.5 hours), Part time hours are also considered.We currently provide a Monday to Friday service 08.00 to 16.00 – with plans to extend hours to 08.00 to 18.00 Monday to Friday and 08.00 to 16.00 Saturday. Our vision is to eventually offer a 7-day service.
Overview of role
The First Contact Service (FCS) is an exciting and dynamic clinical service that is the central hub for all external referrals into the services of St Clare Hospice. An enhanced, specialist triage service, instrumental within receiving and processing of all external referrals, ensuring a timely and smooth transition from initial inquiry into the service best placed to meet their needs.
This is an exciting time to join our service as we continue to extend our methods from telephone and video consultation to include face-to-face contact within a clinic or our community groups at the hospice.

* First level registered Adult general nurse or other allied professional qualification
