About the Role
We are looking for a Fleet Administration Team Leader to oversee and optimise the day‑to‑day delivery of fleet administrative services. You will lead a team of administrators, ensuring efficient, compliant, and cost‑effective operations while maintaining high standards of service delivery across the business. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving performance, improving processes, and ensuring all fleet‑related administration meets regulatory, financial, and operational requirements.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading, coaching, and developing a team of Fleet Administrators
* Overseeing daily operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and SLA performance
* Managing fleet compliance, including HMRC reporting, MOTs, and driver/vehicle checks
* Producing and analysing reports across costs, usage, and performance
* Ensuring data accuracy and compliance with GDPR and regulatory requirements
* Identifying and implementing process improvements to drive efficiency
* Building strong relationships with internal teams and external providers
What We’re Looking For
* Experience leading or supervising an administrative or operations team
* Knowledge of fleet operations and compliance (HMRC, MOT, MID desirable)
* Strong analytical and reporting skills
* Excellent organisation, communication, and stakeholder management
* Confident using systems and tools such as Excel and fleet management platforms
