Retail Supervisor - Full Time, 39 hours
We are seeking a dedicated retail supervisor for our shop in Clacton-On-Sea, Essex. This is a permanent full-time position, offering 39 hours per week across various shifts, typically 5 days out of 7. Flexibility throughout the week, including weekends, is generally required.
Pay & Benefits:
Hourly rate of £13.11, with a guaranteed minimum of 39 hours weekly, equating to at least £511 per week. Overtime opportunities may also be available. Benefits include:

Key Responsibilities:
* Support the management team in leading the shop to ensure efficient operation and excellent customer service
* Manage shop operations in the manager’s absence, including customer service, deliveries, and routine tasks to maintain safety and cleanliness
* Open and close the shop, handle cash, place orders, and develop retail team members
* Control operational costs such as shrinkage, waste, and payroll
Candidate Requirements:
* Friendly, positive, and hardworking attitude
* Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
* Trustworthy and reliable, capable of working effectively within a small team
* Experience as a supervisor, team leader, or manager in retail or similar industries is preferred but not essential
