Responsibilities of this role:
* Assessing the urgency and severity of safeguarding concerns and prioritizing referrals.
* Determining the most appropriate agency or team to handle the referral and providing guidance.
* Ensuring that appropriate and immediate action is taken to address the immediate risk.
* Either conducting the enquiry yourself or identifying the key team to do so.
* Collecting and sharing relevant information with other teams or agencies involved in the enquiry.
* Providing guidance and support to other care teams on safeguarding issues.
* Overseeing the collection of safeguarding management information.
Requirements of this role:
* Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
* Must have minimum of 3 year's experience working as a Qualified social worker
