Job Overview
Location: Leicester, United Kingdom. Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, including one full weekend and one Saturday every five. Office hours are Monday to Friday 08:00 – 19:00, Saturday 09:00 – 17:00, and Sunday 09:00 – 13:00. Hybrid working: one day a week in the office, remote rest of the time. Training overview: six weeks face‑to‑face, extended to 12 weeks before hybrid working is permitted. Salary starts at £25,150 (plus benefits); after training it increases to £25,500 with continued progression to £27,500 possible within 12 months.
Responsibilities
The New Business team provides customers with new quotes for car, bike, van, home or multi‑car/bike policies. They give customers all details required to make an informed decision and support customers to complete the purchase of their policy via digital products.
