Job Title: Pricing Manager
Location: Bexhill / Leicester / London – Hybrid
Role
Manage our Home trading position through Retail Pricing levers, working closely with Commercial (overall P&L) and Underwriting (technical pricing) teams. Primarily an individual contributor with some line management (1 analyst).
Key Responsibilities
* Use data to identify opportunities to improve trading performance and drive value.
* Manage price changes from initial idea to live.
* Collaborate with commercial and underwriting stakeholders.
* Provide line management support to analyst.
Qualifications
* Analytically focused, leveraging data to find opportunities.
* SQL essential, Earnix strong preference, Python nice to have.
* Insurance experience desirable; understanding of PCW market.
* Strong stakeholder management, excellent communication.
