Support Practitioner Role
Join our dedicated team at Cornerstone as a Support Practitioner, providing support to adults with disabilities in Perth. This permanent part-time position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives.
Responsibilities
* Assist with daily needs such as personal care, shopping, finances, cooking, housework, and medication management.
* Support individuals in engaging with community activities like clubs, swimming, football, boccia, day trips, and dining out.
About You
We value your personal qualities and transferable skills. No specific experience is necessary as we provide comprehensive training, including funding for your SVQ (SCQF level 6/7) and SSSC registration fees.

Shift Patterns
Shifts typically run during 08:00-20:00 on weekdays and 10:00-19:30 on weekends, including occasional later shifts, support for outings, and sleepovers.

Additional Information
